Ayurveda is a traditional holistic system of health care that originated more than 5,000 years ago in India. Its aim is to maintain balance between body, mind, and soul and to support the body’s natural ability to regenerate. Ayurveda does not focus only on eliminating symptoms, but primarily on identifying their root causes and on prevention.

In our Ayurvedic salon, we offer an authentic and individual approach that respects the uniqueness of each person.

What Is Ayurveda?

The word Ayurveda means “the science of life.” It views health not merely as the absence of disease, but as a state of physical, mental, and emotional harmony.

How Ayurveda Works

The Three Doshas

Ayurveda teaches that every person has a unique constitution determined by three fundamental energies called doshas:

  • Vata – governs movement, the nervous system, and breathing
  • Pitta – governs digestion, metabolism, and body heat
  • Kapha – governs stability, nourishment, and regeneration

Every individual contains all three doshas in different proportions. When these energies become imbalanced, symptoms such as fatigue, stress, insomnia, digestive issues, or tension may appear.

The goal of Ayurvedic therapy is to restore balance naturally and sustainably.
