The body is completely relaxed, harmonised and the maximum effect of this therapy is therefore achieved. Warm oil pouring therapy on the forehead, including a full-body massage
The Royal Ayurvedic Shirodhara Therapy is considered one of the most deeply relaxing Ayurvedic treatments of all. This exceptional version of the therapy includes a four-handed full-body oil massage (Abhyanga) performed by two experienced therapists working in perfect synchrony. Their coordinated, flowing movements harmonize the entire body, promote profound relaxation, and prepare the mind and nervous system for the subsequent Shirodhara treatment. After the Abhyanga massage follows the Shirodhara itself – warm herbal oil gently poured onto the forehead in the area of the so-called “third eye,” from where it softly flows toward the crown of the head. The continuous, rhythmic stream of oil has a deeply calming effect, helps release tension, and induces a state of deep relaxation. The therapy also includes a massage of the head and neck, further enhancing the overall effects of the procedure. Shirodhara is used not only as an intensive relaxation therapy to calm the mind, but also to address a range of issues related to the head, eyes, and ears – such as insomnia, long-term stress, mental exhaustion, headaches, or visual disturbances. The warm oil used in the treatment also has a beneficial effect on the hair and scalp. The herbal extracts it contains provide the hair with essential vitamins, shine, and strength. We recommend leaving the oil on the hair for as long as possible to allow its effects to fully develop. After your Shirodhara treatment, you can freshen up in your private shower, and a soft robe is provided for your comfort. This ensures you leave the experience feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready for the rest of your day.
Strongly relaxing full-body oil massage performed by two therapists simultaneously
The four-hand Abhyanga massage is a traditional Ayurvedic technique of deep regeneration in which two therapists work simultaneously in perfect synchronization, performing harmonious strokes and pressure-point techniques across the entire body. The movements follow the rhythm of breathing and create a feeling of perfect symmetry and flow, naturally calming the mind and guiding the body into a state of deep relaxation. This method combines gentle yet firm touches with the application of warm herbal oils. The oils penetrate deeper layers of tissue, nourish the skin, support detoxification, and contribute to overall revitalization of the body. The synchronized movements of both therapists create a sense of safety and balance, allowing faster release of physical and mental tension. Four-hand Abhyanga provides an intense feeling of deep relaxation, stimulates blood and lymph circulation, harmonizes the nervous system, and helps restore the natural flow of energy (prana). It is especially suitable for long-term stress, exhaustion, mental overload, and muscular fatigue. Regular sessions may help improve sleep quality, reduce tension, and support an overall feeling of lightness and inner stability. The therapy is perceived not only as a massage but as a comprehensive ritual of care for body and mind, supporting a return to natural balance and overall harmony. ℹ️ After the massage, guests have the option to use a private shower to comfortably rinse the oil from their skin.
Unique massage experience for two
The Abhyanga couple’s massage is a unique ritual that allows two people to share a deeply relaxing experience at the same time – whether partners, friends, or family members. This form of Ayurvedic therapy combines individual care with the atmosphere of shared time together, allowing both participants to fully relax and regain new energy. The massage takes place simultaneously on two massage tables, with each guest cared for by an experienced therapist. The entire treatment is accompanied by gentle relaxing music and a calm environment that encourages mental relaxation and slower breathing. Warm herbal oils are selected individually according to each guest’s constitution and current condition. The synchronized and flowing movements create a harmonious rhythm that helps balance the flow of energy and release deep muscular tension. Couple’s Abhyanga works not only on a physical level – supporting blood circulation, the lymphatic system, and the body’s natural detoxification processes – but also brings significant mental relaxation. It helps reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and create a sense of safety and well-being. The shared experience can also strengthen the connection between two people and create space to pause together in the hectic pace of everyday life. This therapy is an ideal choice for those who wish to combine high-quality Ayurvedic care with a unique shared experience and leave not only with a feeling of lightness and regeneration, but also with a deeper harmony of body and mind. ℹ️ After the treatment, guests have the option to use a private shower to comfortably rinse the oil from their skin.
Ayurvedic head massage with cervical spine and shoulder massage
Shiroabhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic massage primarily focused on the head and scalp area, known for its deeply calming and relaxing effects on the nervous system. In Ayurveda, the head is considered the center of the senses and the mind; therefore, this therapy positively influences not only the physical body but also mental well-being. The massage is performed using warm herbal oils, individually selected according to the client’s specific needs. Gentle, rhythmic strokes help release tension, improve blood circulation in the scalp, and create an overall feeling of deep relaxation. The therapy is particularly beneficial for stress, mental exhaustion, headaches, and sleep disturbances. Course of the TherapyThe main part of the treatment focuses on the massage of the head and scalp. At the end of the session, a massage of the cervical spine, neck, and shoulders follows, helping to release accumulated tension, improve mobility, and enhance an overall sense of lightness and ease. ℹ️ After the massage, guests have the option to use a private shower to comfortably rinse the oil from their skin.
Full body oil massage in combination with herbal warm sachets
Pindasvedana is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy that combines a full-body Ayurvedic massage with the application of heated herbal poultices. This combination works very intensively on muscles, joints, and deeper tissues, significantly stimulating circulation, warming the body, and relieving painful or stiff areas. The heated poultices are filled with a carefully selected blend of Ayurvedic herbs, rice, and other natural ingredients, tailored to the individual needs of the client. The warmth, together with the effects of the herbs, helps release muscle tension, improve joint mobility, and support overall regeneration of the body. Pindasvedana offers not only deep relaxation, but also a strong therapeutic effect. It is suitable for long-term strain of the musculoskeletal system, feelings of cold in the body, fatigue, stiffness, or chronic tension. At the same time, it helps harmonize the doshas and calm the nervous system. In cases of individualized care and long-term concerns, we recommend regular sessions at least 2–3 times per week over several months, allowing the effects to develop deeply and sustainably. During this therapy, natural oils are used which may leave a light oily film on the skin. After the treatment, guests have the option to use a private shower to comfortably rinse the oil off.
Ayurvedic foot massage
Padabhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic foot massage focused on the feet, ankles, and lower limbs, influencing not only these areas but also the overall balance of the body. In Ayurveda, the feet are considered an important reflex zone connected to internal organs and the nervous system, which is why this therapy offers a wide range of benefits. The massage is performed using warm herbal oils and gentle, rhythmic movements that support the proper function of the lymphatic and circulatory systems. Padabhyanga is highly effective for tired legs, a feeling of heaviness, muscle stiffness, and slowed lymph flow. The therapy helps eliminate toxins from the body, supports healthy blood circulation, and contributes to improved function of internal organs. At the same time, it has a pronounced relaxing and calming effect on the nervous system, making it especially suitable for clients exposed to long-term stress or mental overload. Massage VariantsWe offer Padabhyanga in two variants, allowing you to choose according to your needs and available time: - 30-minute foot massage focused primarily on the soles and feet, ideal as a shorter relaxation or a complement to other therapies.- 60-minute full leg and foot massage, providing comprehensive care for the feet and lower limbs, supporting deeper relaxation, regeneration, and overall lightness of movement.Regular inclusion of Padabhyanga supports ease of movement, vitality, and a lasting sense of relaxation. During this therapy, natural oils are used which may leave a light oily film on the skin. After the treatment, guests have the option to use a private shower to comfortably rinse the oil off.
